You are providing your information to Haringey Education Partnership ECT Appropriate Body Service.

Your information is collected for the purpose of statutory induction as required to fulfil Haringey Education Partnership’s duties under Sections 135A, 135B and 141C(1)(b), of the Education Act 2002 and associated Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012.

The Data Protection Act 2018 basis for processing is: Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.

The information will be shared with the headteacher/principal and induction mentor of the school/setting in which you undertake the process to validate your quality teacher status to enable them to fulfil their statutory duties as required for induction of newly qualified teachers.

The categories of personal data that will be processed include contact details (name, address, telephone number, and email address), date of birth, national insurance number and teacher qualification details obtained from the Teaching Regulation Agency.

Your information will not be shared with any organisation other than the school/setting in which you work.

The information will be retained for six years after the completion of induction.
