Your information is collected for the purpose of statutory induction as required to fulfil the council’s duties under legislation, Sections 135A, 135B and 141C(1)(b), of the Education Act 2002 and associated Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012.
The information will be shared with the headteacher/principal and induction tutor(s) of the school/setting in which the process is undertaken. The information is shared to enable them to fulfil their statutory duties as required for induction of early career teachers.
The categories of personal data that will be processed include name, email address and telephone number obtained from you.
The information shall be retained and will be processed in adherence to your legal rights, including but not limited to the right to access and right to rectification.
Your information will not be shared with any organisation other than the school/setting in which you work.
